Tony Creme Bio

With 21 years of experience, Tony Creme has been instrumental in driving the remarkable expansion of the company’s industrial division. Under his leadership, the number of tenants surged from 50 to over 500. A major factor in this success is the “on-demand” strategy, which ensures speculative space is always available, allowing tenants to move in without delay.

After over 20 years, where he played a pivotal role in the significant expansion of its industrial platform, Tony Creme departed the company in September 2020 to join KBC Advisors’ newly established Dallas office. He wrapped up his tenure on a high note, securing leases for 10 million square feet and initiating or completing 6 million square feet of new construction projects.
